Your styling service starts with an agreed brief, a confirmed delivery date, and a written service order.
How payment works
- Prepare and send your style brief.
- Your stylist confirms availability, scope, total price, applicable tax, and cancellation terms.
- When checkout is available, pay through the secure Stripe link for your agreed service. Review the business name, service, currency, and total before paying.
Stripe checkout is not available on this site yet. To arrange a service, prepare your brief or request a payment link. Clothing, shipping, tailoring, and retailer purchases are separate.

Optional extras, when relevant: rush turnaround $15; repair and tailor map $35; shopping shortlist $39; resale-ready edit $45; color and fit map $49. The written service order confirms which extras are included and the full total before payment.
Membership interest rates are proposed only: HMS+ $9.99/month or $99/year; HMS Personal $69/month. Enrollment is not open and choosing an interest list does not authorize recurring charges. Clothing purchases, shipping, physical tailoring, and retailer charges are separate.
Receipts and payment questions
Use the email address you want associated with your order at Stripe checkout. Keep Stripe’s confirmation and your written service order. Returning to this website, booking on Calendly, or sending a brief does not prove that payment succeeded.
If checkout is interrupted or you are unsure whether payment went through, check your confirmation and contact us before paying again. Include your service, approximate payment date, and receipt reference if available. Do not email card numbers or security codes.
