Clear expectations for personal styling and sourcing
Noname Branded LLC provides HashtagMyStyle services from New Jersey, United States. A paid engagement requires a written service order. Website prices and preparation tools do not alone create a paid engagement.
Your service agreement
The written service order and the cancellation and refund policy explain your agreed service. They must be provided before payment and accepted separately. Additional fees require agreement before work begins. Any stronger mandatory consumer rights remain in place.
Booking and scope
A paid engagement begins only after the client receives and accepts a written service order identifying the provider, selected service, deliverables, exclusions, total price, taxes where applicable, timing, included revisions, and cancellation terms. Both parties receive a copy. Extras and changes require agreement before additional work or charges.
Styling services
Advice is based on the client’s preferences, wardrobe information, and circumstances. Human review remains part of the service. Styling is not medical, health, financial, or professional tailoring advice. Clients decide what to wear, buy, repair, or sell. Results, resale prices, third-party availability, fit, and environmental savings are not guaranteed. No new purchase is required.
Client materials and cooperation
Clients should provide accurate information they are comfortable sharing and materials they have the right to use. A client may crop their face or use item-only images. Do not provide intimate images, images of children, or other people’s information without appropriate permission. Agreed delivery dates depend on receipt of the necessary materials; any changed date must be communicated rather than assumed.
Rights in the work
Clients retain rights in their photographs and original materials. Any permission granted in your service order is limited to the agreed service; it is not permission for unrelated marketing or AI training. Clients may use their delivered styling plans for personal purposes. Third-party product photos, brands, and retailer materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Public promotion requires a separate, optional release.
Payments and ongoing services
No payments are collected by this site. A Calendly appointment and a submitted brief do not by themselves accept a paid service order. Before a purchase, disclose the full payable amount and payment processor. Style On Call requires a separate membership authorization stating the monthly price, billing dates, included services, cancellation method, and what happens to unused benefits. Choosing it in an intake form is not recurring-billing consent.
Problems and consumer rights
For service concerns, reply to your service-order email or contact hello@hashtagmystyle.com. Clients should be able to raise a delivery or scope concern and request a reasonable remedy. Nothing here restricts honest reviews or waives rights that cannot legally be waived. No mandatory arbitration, liability cap, or governing-law clause has been invented; a qualified lawyer should determine appropriate provisions for the actual business and customers.
