While you build a moodboard

Photos selected in the current tool remain in the open browser page. “Send to my stylist” sends text notes, not images. Save a PDF and attach it yourself if you choose to email it. Use item-only photos or crop your face and background when they are not needed.

For a styling service

Only share materials you have the right to use. Do not include intimate images, children, or other people’s personal information. Before a paid service starts, the service order must explain the approved sharing method, recipients, purpose, retention, and any external processing. You retain rights in your original materials.

Optional public promotion

No public-photo release is collected by the current brief. Before HMS posts client content, a separate permission must identify the exact image or quote, approved caption, name or anonymity preference, channels, duration, edits, and any compensation. Declining must not affect access to styling. Approval for one post is not blanket approval for future posts.

Community voting is optional. Creating a text poll or sharing your own card does not authorize HMS to republish your photographs on Instagram or elsewhere. Images saved or reshared by others may remain outside HMS’s control.

AI and testimonials

The current photo tool does not send images to an AI provider. Service or marketing permission does not authorize AI training. Any new AI use needs a separate explanation and any permission required for that purpose.

Testimonials must reflect real experience. Do not offer points or rewards only for positive reviews. Disclose material incentives or relationships when required.

Changing your choice

The final public-use release must include a monitored withdrawal contact. Withdrawal stops future uses covered by that permission, subject to applicable law; it cannot guarantee recall of printed or third-party copies. Business contact and release procedures are awaiting confirmation before public client promotion.
